Approval of Minutes: A motion was made to accept the minutes from the December meeting. It was seconded and passed. The minutes were accepted as presented.

Additions to the agenda: Sherry asked to give information about the upcoming district election.

Approval of Bills and Appropriations: It was moved, seconded and passed to accept the bills.

President's Report: Mary distributed a draft copy of the Road and Recreations fire permit. All references to the fire district have been removed.

Treasurer's Report: The treasurer's report was presented. It was moved, seconded and accepted as presented.

Secretary's Report: None.

Grants and Projects: None.

Elections: Sherry needs to have a signed copy of the paperwork for the Designated Election Official to send to the State. We discussed possible new members for the Fire Board. There may be a couple of people interested. Nominations are due by Feb 29th. The Notice of Election needs to be signed and posted between Feb 6th and 21st of February. Ray will still be absent so Sherry will send him a Self Nomination Form.

NEW BUSINESS

Harold needs to get the for sale articles into the paper for the sale of the 2 excess trucks.

VFIS will have a representative at our next meeting to go over our insurance with us.
