President Mary Duncan called the meeting called to order at 20:00 Members in Attendance: Mary Duncan, Ray Williams, Joan Rosecrans and Harold Alexander. This meeting is to hold a public hearing on the lease purchase agreement with municipal services for the purchase of a new tender for the district. The resolution was read and adopted by the board. There was not any input from the public. We will be borrowing $80,000 at a rate of 4.99%. The first payment is due on Jan 19th, 2008. Meeting Adjourned at 20:11
