We will not be accepting clothes, with the exception of coats and jackets.
All furniture and appliances must be clean and in good working/useable order. Please Contact us if you have an appliance or larger piece of furniture, so we can arrange to take pictures and a description. To save the backs of firefighters and volunteers, we will not be moving these items to the Fire Barn this year, but selling them through this website and via pictures at the Barn Sale. We will assist purchasers in picking up the items from the person who donated them.
Please, no hide-a-beds or sleeper couches.
Remember, anything not sold must be hauled away at Fire Department expense, which defeats the purpose of the sale, so please do not donate items you do not believe will sell.

There are two ways to donate:

Bring your donations to the fire barn (237 Blackfoot Road) between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. any Saturday in May.

Arrange a time to drop off your donations or for them to be picked up by using the "Contact Us" link to the left or calling Kate Kelly at 970-881-2049.

Please do not leave donations at the Crystal Lakes Office and do not drop off donations at the fire barn when no one is present to receive them.

Don't forget to come to the sale!

In addition to all the great stuff we'll have for sale, we'll also be selling lunch and snack items, so come and make it a day.
